DELIVERY METHOD/TIME IN TRANSIT
Orders are normally processed within 2 business days.
Standard shipping is USPS priority mail or UPS ground. Time in transit (including processing time) is normally 10-14 business days.
Express Ship options are available but due to production time needed for hand treated products - please contact customer support at 1-800-631-3369 or email (go to contact page) with EXPRESS requests.
Customer is responsible for any fees associated with unclaimed packages or if a delivery address is incorrectly provided and package is undeliverable.
Your satisfaction is very important to us!! We guarantee all of our products and we will replace or refund defective products if reported within 21 days of receipt of product if in origional condition. There are NO returns or exchanges after 30 days of receipt of product.

Every product is hand treated to order - Therefore a 25% restocking fee will be assessed for orders that are cancelled after processing is complete.
